Hello, I have created a new conference room in exchange 2007. The room is accepting meeting automatically and is functioning as expected except for one issue. When a user trys to views the room calendar. they receive the error: You do not have permission to view this calendar. do you want to request conf room to share his or her calendar with you. I do not receive this on any of my other conference rooms but connot remember what i did to make this happen!

Hi Perhaps you had run below command more than once, and this user loses the permissions on the room mailbox. Set-MailboxCalendarSettings -Identity <room mailbox> -ResourceDelegates <user mailbox> So, according to the KB 956633, you should install Update Rollup 8 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1. For more information, please refer to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956633 Hope it helps Cheers Zi Feng TechNet Community Support
